So, you don't get to stop seeing the orthodontist after getting your braces off. M&M had her first appointment after getting braces off today. Usually the appointment after getting braces off is just about checking the retainer, but we may have solved a mystery for M&M. She has headaches every day of her live. We have tried extra sleep, changing her diet, everything we could think of. While we were at the orthodontist today, they took photos and a scan of her mouth. After inspecting M&M's retainer, our orthodontist thinks she is grinding her teeth. It would be amazing if we can do something to stop her grinding and her make headaches go away. I can't wait to see the orthodontist again!
