Ortho visit for a retainer check. At M&Ms last visit her teeth had shifted, so the ortho recommended she wear her retainer all the time except at school to get her tooth back in position. We were hoping the ortho was going to add something to M&Ms retainer to stop her from grinding her teeth. Turns out she is in the best retainer they can do for now. So, disappointing. But her crooked tooth is straight. Next ortho visit for M&M is six months away!!
